MMA training combines several stand-up fighting styles (Boxing, Clinch Fighting, Muay Thai) and several brands of grappling techniques from various arts (Judo, Greco-Roman Wrestling, Sambo). Reach long-term fitness goals, master key defense moves, and gain a variety of necessary life skills like confidence, discipline, and self-control.

Classes held every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday at 6 pm
