Why yoga is essential for a child?
Kids these days are busier than adults; with school, classes, homework, projects, and extracurricular activities on the weekend. But dealing with the stress and pressure is not as generic for a child as it is for an adult. And due to the puerility, they are often clueless about how to handle the stress. It is our responsibility to provide them with an effective and appropriate tool to help them manage their emotions.
Here Yoga comes in the picture. Yoga is not just another form of exercise. It affects our body, mind, and soul. It develops us to handle the consequences right from physical to mental and emotional.
CLAP in association with Yogatopics is conducting its summer special ‘Children Yoga’ online batch.
The program is designed by Mrs. Sneh Ganotra (Didi). And it has been ensured that performing yoga should not get monotonous for the kids.
The program will include asanas for core strength, flexibility, body awareness, and coordination plus the meditation for concentration, relaxation, and tranquility.
This class will be held on every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4 pm to 5 pm
