“Why yoga is essential for a child?
Believe it or not, children experience stress. Leading a busy life juggling school, classes, homework, projects, and extracurricular activities on the weekend, they are coping with more pressure than adults. Practicing yoga from a young age helps them deal with their stress as well as hone their mental wellness.
As the school’s reopen, CLAP in association with Yogatopics is conducting a special ‘Children Yoga’ online batch.
The program, designed by Mrs. Sneh Ganotra (Didi), includes asanas for core strength, flexibility, body awareness, and coordination plus meditation for concentration, relaxation, and tranquility.
This class will be held on every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4 pm to 5 pm
